• Recharge failure: If a recharge fails because of carrier restrictions, a different plan, a postpaid line or an expired stay period, tell us another number and we will change it and recharge for you.
• Refund request: Select Refund from the quick menu on the right, then enter the recharge number, deposit amount, refund bank, account number and account holder name.
• Refund hours: Weekdays 09:00 ~ 21:00 (Refunds are possible only when a recharge has failed.)
• Virtual account: The virtual account issued when you request a recharge is a bank account for one customer and for one-time use only.
