  • 충전취소 Cancellation : Once the charging and payment been completed, cancellation can not be made.
  • 충전실패 Failure : In case of the process failure due to an unexpected problem such as Carrier limit
                               (or other rate plans; using postpaid phone; expiration of stay, etc.), give us another number,
