Yes. You do not need to know the carrier. Type in the phone number and 010PAY looks it up and tells you which network the SIM belongs to. That works even if you cannot remember whether the line was opened at a convenience store, a dealer shop or online. If the lookup comes back as a postpaid number or a carrier we do not support, you are told before the top-up starts, so there is no risk of paying for nothing.
