Once you have paid and the carrier has completed the top-up, it cannot be cancelled. Prepaid credit is passed to the carrier instantly, and there is no way to pull it back. That is why it is worth checking the phone number, the plan type and the amount before you pay. If the carrier has not completed the top-up (a failed top-up), the order is handled through the refund process instead.
