No. 010PAY is a top-up service for prepaid phones only, and numbers on a postpaid plan cannot be recharged. If the number you enter comes back as postpaid, the top-up does not go ahead. If a number turns out to be postpaid only after payment, the order is treated as a failed top-up and we guide you through the refund. Postpaid bills are paid through that carrier's own customer center or app.
